Returns and Refunds

You may return any item free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

How to Make a Return

Contact us at hello@bernhavn.com, quoting your order number. If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to prepare your parcel. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, for example for a different size, please return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification. The same conditions outlined above apply: the item must be unworn, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@bernhavn.com.
